1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/4 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1/2 Scoop Unflavored Whey Protein (optional)
1-2 Tablespoons Sweetener of Choice, I opted not to use any
1 1/2 Cups Ice
1/2 Cup Milk of Choice, Yogurt or Sour Cream work as well
1/4 Cup Whipped Topping, Optional
