One of the things I miss when I am strictly watching my carbs are fruits and juices/smoothies. Today I came up with a keto friendly juice packed with vitamins an yumminess but low in carbs. It hit the spot, it was refreshing, had the mouth feel of a smoothie and was tasty. I hope you enjoy it like I did!
Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut water
1 cup ice
1 cup washed spinach
3 large srawberries
Sweetener to taste (if desired, mine didn't need it)
Directions
Blend everything and pop it in the fridge for about 10 minutes so the flavors mix. Enjoy!
You can also drink this immediately.
