I made pho again tonight and really wanted some hoisin to balance out the hot sauce that I used so I whipped this puppy up.
Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Nut Butter, sunbutter could work too
1/4 Cup Coconut Aminos
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider or Rice Wine Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
1 Tablespoon to 1/2 Cup Stevia, honey or molasses - depending on your taste
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Sriracha, to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients, if too difficult to mix, heat briefly to make the nut butter more pliable.
