I was looking for a good way to make a cinnamon roll but ended up choosing to work with almond butter instead of cinnamon roll filling today. To make these, I made a batch of rev rolls and layed them out in a rectangle on my baking sheet. Then I baked for 40 minutes until it was lifting off the edges a bit. I cooled the rev "sheet" in a sealed plastic bag and filled it with a mixture of stevia, cinnamon, ghee and almond butter. I seriously think rev rolls will be a part of my daily routine since they are easy to make and feel decadent and sinful and are in fact good for me! I'll update you all about my future experiments with Rev Rolls as I think they will make good loaf non-bread and pizza crust :)
