Sometimes I get stuck making the same thing over and over again until I and the family are sick of a recipe. This is when i start playing with new ideas. On this occasion I wanted to make a new Asian vinaigrette. Since I usually used a nut based dressing I decided to try using Macha Green Tea instead. I hope you like it!
Ingredients
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon stevia or erythritol (or liquid stevia to taste)
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon macha green tea powder
1/4 teaspoon grated ginger root
Directions
Put all ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously until all ingredients are combined.
Enjoy!
