My IG friend @lowcarb_ella recently finished her fat fast and she made a tuna roll that looks mighty tasty so I figured that I'd attempt to do the same but with a little twist.
Ingredients
1 toasted nori sheet
3 tablespoons sliced avocado
2 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon crushed macadamia nuts
3 large cooked shrimp, peeled and tails removed
Water or rice vinegar for sealing
Coconut Aminos and Wasabi for dipping if desired
Directions
Lay your nori shiny size down on a piece of parchment or cling wrap
Layer the ingredients in rows roughly 1/2 inch from the bottom of the roll, reserving a few macadamia nuts for the topping
Roll the nori and moisten the edge to seal it (like an envelope)
Slice with a wet knife and serve with shirataki or side of choice.
