2 ounces cream cheese
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon raspberries
Sweetener to taste
Mix all ingredients until smooth (heat coconut oil and cheesecake if needed but do not heat the raspberries)
Chill in fridge until firm. You can flash chill this in the freezer but be careful not to freeze it :)
Mix vigorously before eating and enjoy!
