Recently I've been trying to get my macronutrients under control in order to help my body to function more efficiently. So when I wanted a sweet snack today I came up with this concoction to get some protein in without chugging down a protein drink.
Makes two servings
Ingredients
1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein
1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
2 Tablespoons Stevia (or to taste)
1 Tablespoon PB2 (optional)
1/2 Cup Water
Directions
Mix dry ingredients
Add water
Mix and allow to gel in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
Enjoy!
