Ingredients
1 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
5 Tablespoons Psyllium Husk
1-2 Tablespoons Pizza or Italian Spice mix (oregano, sweet basil, bay leaf)
2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (optional)
3 Egg Whites, Whisked
1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1 Tablespoon Sweetener of Choice
3/4 Cup Boiling Water
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Mix dry ingredients
Add in whisked egg and mix well
Add in boiling water and stir vigorously
Plop onto a lined baking sheet
Form into whatever shape you want your pizza (I make a rectangle the size of my baking sheet) no more than 1 inch tall.
Bake for 30 minutes
Add toppings of choice and broil until your toppings look ready.
