The big game day is this Sunday and we are going to a little gathering. Being that we have done so well with this transition I was dreading being at a party with no paleo food so I went cyber hunting for a few of the basics and stumbled on a recipe that's pretty similar to what I've listed below on edibleharmony.com
Ingredients:
2 cups of almond flour
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp of cumin
1 tsp of olive oil
Cayenne pepper to taste (I used 1/2 tsp)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 F
Mix all ingredients except salt and pepper, divide in to two and press flat between two pieces of parchment paper or plastic wrap using a rolling-pin.
Score into desired shape with a pizza cutter
Sprinkle with sea salt and lightly paytit in
Bake for 10 minutes, turn and bake for another 10 minutes or until crispy and slightly browned
Enjoy!
