Thanks for stumbling on BlondiesPaleoJourney and Welcome!
For years I've loved being in the kitchen, I find it relaxing. Recently I decided to do a complete nutritional overhaul both for my waistline and for my overall health, I'm going paleo! This site is dedicated to my journey, I'll post everything from experiences to recipes and helpful money and timesaving ideas. On occasion I might delve into other topics or offer links to sites that I find helpful, bear with me since this is my first blogging experience. Thanks again for your visit!
Initially I thought going paleo was going to be a simple transition with little to no learning involved. "I'll just stick to fruits veggies with grilled or baked proteins and eat eggs and fruit for breakfast," I thought, but boy was I wrong! While I had the basics right I've come to learn that there are things I simply don't enjoy living without like pancakes, chocolate chip cookies and sweet treats; and there are other things that I just get sick of if I eat them too often (eggs). For those items I've had to dive head first into the interweb for recipes and answers; do some test cooking and learn that if I'm truly going to stick with this Paleo lifestyle I have some SERIOUS learning and readjusting to do.
On this website I'll share my journey, I can't guarantee that I'll list every single recipe that I cook successfully, but I sure as daylight will try my best! So please come back and see how I'm doing from time to time, and give me a little feedback if you have any.
All the best!
