Today since it was cold and gloomy all I could think about was comfort food. And for what we reason I got the idea to make ensaymadas using my rev roll recipe. Well, actually first I tried it with my psyllium bread, which was amazing but I wanted to go even lower on the carbs so I opted for paleo taisan for the big batch. I'm hoping the fam enjoys them as much as I did for lunch today :)
Ingredients
Paleo Taisan or Angelfood Cake (see my recipe posted on 2/20/13)
1/2 Tablespoon Butter or Coconut oil per roll
1 Tablespoon Stevia per roll
1 Tableapoon Grass Fed, Shredded Cheddar Cheese per roll
Instructions
Mix butter and stevia in a bowl until smooth
Layer butter and cheese on top of Taisan
Heat briefly before serving.
Enjoy!
