You'll have to excuse my not so appealing photo, I'll replace it the next time I make this and get a better shot :) I was a little over eager to pop this in my mouth and my drool got the best of me...
Makes two servings of yummy chocolate pudding with a little bit of a tapioca texture
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut or Almond milk
1/2 Avocado
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
2-3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
2 Tablespoons Stevia or Honey (to taste)
A pinch of salt
Directions
In a blender mix milk, cocoa and avocado.
Pour out into a bowl
Mix in stevia to taste
Stir in chia
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
Garnish with a pinch of sea salt
Enjoy, guilt free!
