Makes two servings of yummy chocolate pudding with a little bit of a tapioca texture
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut or Almond milk
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
2-3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
2 Tablespoons Stevia or Honey (to taste)
A pinch of salt
In a blender mix milk, cocoa and avocado.
Pour out into a bowl
Mix in stevia to taste
Stir in chia
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
Garnish with a pinch of sea salt
