1 teaspoon grassfed butter, ghee or coconut oil
3 tablespoons brewed coffee
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream or canned coconut milk
1/2 tablespoon sweetener of choice
A pinch of sea salt
In a small sauce pan, melt butter
Add in the remaining ingredients
Simmer until reduced and the consistency that you desire. I like a thick sauce that is still easy to ladle.
Allow to cool and serve, be careful it will be hot for a long while after cooking!
