This morning I tried as new spin on my regular pancakes by adding protein and some leveners. I was pleased that they turned out as nicely as they did so I decided to share.
Makes 6 pancakes (about 3.5 inch wide)
Ingredients
1 egg
1 egg white
1/2 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
Blend all ingredients until smooth
Cook over medium heat, flipping when bubbles appear and start to pop.
Enjoy! I had mine with whipped coconut cream and a side of strawberries but honey or maple syrup would be good too.
