Can you tell that spaghetti squash was on sale? Henry's has them for $0.49lb so I grabbed up a few and decided to attempt a pizza crust. While next time I think I'll blend this before baking, I really can't complain about how they turned out.
Ingredients
1 spaghetti squash, prepared
2 egg whites
Sea Salt, to taste
Spices to taste (onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil)
Parmesan Cheese would be amazing in these if you aren't watching your dairy
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Mix ingredients
Line a cookie pan with a silpat or parchment paper
Drop your "dough" onto the pan and shape to no more than 1/4 inch thickness
Bake for 30 min until edges brown and top starts to brown
You can top these immediately and broil them, or freeze for later use.
Enjoy!
