Ingredients
1 ounce cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon sweetener of choice (liquid works best but if using erythritol make sure to pop it in a coffee grinder so its not crunchy at the end, no one likes crunchy cheesecake, right?)
Directions
Melt your cream cheese and coconut oil (barely, i'm talking like 5 seconds in the microwabe) until they are easy to mix
Add in all other ingredients
Taste and adjust to your liking
Pop in the freezer for about 5 minutes or until it is solid enough to eat.
I topped mine with 1 raspberry and 1/2 teaspoon of whipped cream
